These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bpxchg (hereinafter "the Operator", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at bpxchg.cam (the "Platform").
These Terms govern all use of the Platform, including registration of an account, placing of bets and wagers, participation in casino games, claiming of bonuses and promotions, deposits and withdrawals, and any other interaction with the Platform's services.
By accessing the Platform or creating a user account, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (d) you acknowledge that gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, including in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on bpxchg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
The Operator applies Know Your Customer procedures in order to verify your identity, confirm your age, and satisfy applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations. KYC may be required before your first withdrawal, before a deposit above a specified threshold is accepted, or at any time the Operator reasonably considers verification necessary.

The Operator will process submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe. During a pending verification, the Operator may restrict withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. Delays may occur due to document quality, volume of submissions or third-party verification partner processing times. Users are encouraged to complete KYC proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
You must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] (via plain-text contact — this address is for reference only and not a clickable link) if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised third party has accessed your account, or that any suspicious activity has occurred.
The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this Section, or from any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence or failure to safeguard your credentials.
The Operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account where unusual login activity is detected, pending verification of identity.
Deposits must be made using payment methods that are currently available within your account's deposit section. Balances on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are confirmed at the point of deposit.
For the convenience of Pakistani users, the Platform references familiar local payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided as contextual familiarity only. The Operator does not represent that all listed methods are available at any given time, and none of the named payment providers endorses gambling or confirms support for gambling-related transactions. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to return deposits to their source if they are received from a third-party method, and may suspend your account pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account, or to a verified method registered in the User's own name, subject to applicable KYC verification having been satisfactorily completed. The Operator may require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing timelines vary by payment method, the User's verification status, and any ongoing compliance review. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times. Indicative timelines are provided as guidance only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Bank transfers to institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah typically take longer to process than e-wallet options. The Operator is not liable for delays attributable to the User's bank or payment provider.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. The Operator reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
Bonus Funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting bonus conditions may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Real-money funds deposited by the User that have not been subject to bonus wagering requirements are not affected by this restriction.
A bet is accepted when the Platform confirms the wager and deducts the stake from the User's available balance. It is the User's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, selection, stake amount in PKR and decimal odds — before confirming placement. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled except at the Operator's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Odds are expressed in decimal format. The Operator may change odds for future events at any time prior to bet acceptance. Bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance. Payout is calculated as stake multiplied by the accepted decimal odds. Settlement timelines vary by sport and market type.
A bet may be declared void (and the stake returned) in the following circumstances, without limitation:
Pakistan Super League, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, bilateral Test and ODI series involving Pakistan and other cricket markets are subject to the Operator's specific cricket betting rules, which cover rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, reduced-over contests, abandoned innings and related scenarios. Users are encouraged to review sport-specific rules available in the Platform's Help Centre before placing bets on cricket events.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit maximum stake amounts, or limit the total payout available to any User, at its sole discretion and without obligation to state reasons. This right does not affect bets already accepted.
Casino and live dealer games available on the Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios provided by third-party game suppliers. The Operator does not develop casino game software in-house and is not responsible for technical failures within third-party game systems, provided that any malfunction resulting in an incorrect game outcome or payout will be treated as void and stakes returned to the User's account.
Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are available in each game's information panel. RTP figures are statistical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The house edge means that, over time and across all players, the Operator will retain a margin on casino game play.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the game outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's technical procedures. The Operator will endeavour to provide Users with game history logs through the Platform's account history section.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to an account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements specify: (a) the multiple of the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) that must be wagered; (b) the eligible games or markets that contribute toward the wagering requirement; (c) the time period within which the wagering requirement must be met. All such parameters are set out in the specific promotion terms.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Users making their first qualifying deposit, subject to eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts (illustrative minimum referenced in promotional materials: PKR 1,000) and fulfilment of KYC requirements. A User may only claim a welcome bonus once. Welcome bonuses are not available to Users who have previously held an account with the Operator.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, reverse or forfeit bonus funds, and to close an account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has: opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; provided false information to satisfy bonus eligibility criteria; engaged in collusive play, arbitrage betting or bonus abuse contrary to the spirit of the promotion; or used any automated, scripted or mechanical means to exploit a bonus offer.

Gambling on bpxchg is available to adults aged 18 years or older — or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of the User's jurisdiction or by the Operator's licence terms. It is the User's sole responsibility to confirm that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Operator does not represent that gambling is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where the Operator identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the relevant account; forfeit any balances including winnings attributed to the prohibited conduct; refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursue recovery of losses through civil proceedings.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, odds data, market information, game content and user interface elements — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator. Scraping, automated data collection, screen-scraping or any similar extraction of Platform content is expressly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The Operator's collection, use and storage of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
The Operator processes personal data — including identity documents, contact information, transaction records and betting history — for the purposes of operating the Platform, fulfilling KYC/AML obligations, providing customer support, and, where you have consented, sending promotional communications. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
For Pakistani users, the Operator processes CNIC and other identity data solely for verification purposes in accordance with its KYC obligations. This data is handled under applicable data protection standards and is not shared with Pakistani government bodies, financial institutions or payment providers without lawful authority or User consent.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Operator will provide reasonable prior notice by displaying a notification on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept a material amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account, with any remaining real-money balance returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
The version and effective date of the currently applicable Terms are displayed at the top of this page. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from the support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licenced, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in your own jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that online gambling may be prohibited or restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. The Operator does not represent that these Terms or the services offered under them are lawful under Pakistani law. Nothing in this clause or elsewhere in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and Users should seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their obligations.
